Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership in the development and implementation of AI/ML initiatives aligned with our company's vision and goals.

Product Innovation: Drive innovation in AI/ML-powered healthcare solutions, from concept ideation to product development and deployment, while incorporating MLOps best practices.

Algorithm Development: Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI/ML algorithms and models, with a focus on NLP, LLMs, and deep learning techniques, while adhering to MLOps principles for model reproducibility, scalability, and reliability. Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth data analysis and exploration to extract actionable insights from healthcare data, leveraging MLOps methodologies to streamline data ingestion, preprocessing, and feature engineering pipelines. Model Evaluation: Evaluate the performance and efficacy of AI/ML models using appropriate metrics and validation techniques, with a focus on MLOps-driven model monitoring, logging, and versioning to ensure model robustness and compliance.

Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, DevOps specialists, and product managers, to drive AI/ML initiatives and integrate solutions into our products and services, while adhering to MLOps workflows and practices.

Research and Development: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML research, MLOps methodologies, and healthcare technology trends, and incorporate innovative approaches into our development processes to optimize model performance and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:
