Checksum.ai is hiring the 1st Backend Engineer to join the founding team!

Checksum.ai is at the forefront of artificial intelligence, applying most recent innovations in the field to help companies ship bug-free software, fast. We’re assembling a powerful engineering team that will lay the foundations for the company’s future.

We are looking for a creative, self motivated and results-driven developer who will join the founding team to work on this one of a kind challenge. Passionate about experimenting with different approaches, drafting and testing algorithms, alongside designing and delivering high quality software, preferably with zero-to-one experience.

Requirements

• BSc in computer science or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of hands-on/leading backend development
• Significant web development experience building software services for SaaS solutions from high-level architecture design to continuous implementation and maintenance
• Solid programming foundations - data-structures, OOP, design patterns, complexity analysis, etc
• Experience with algorithm design and implementation, using heuristics, working with sequential data and graphs, monitoring results and improving
• Substantial experience with web frontend development, familiarity with the DOM and HTML elements, styling using CSS, the RESTful API and SPA concepts
