This role is based in San Francisco and will require 3-4 days a week onsite.
Role Overview:
As a Growth Marketer, you'll play a key role in driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention efforts. You’ll work hands-on with growth strategies and campaigns, optimizing our channels, analyzing data, and implementing marketing initiatives. Your work will directly impact our growth goals and contribute to the success of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of data-driven growth strategies to acquire and retain customers.
- Manage and optimize growth campaigns across paid channels, including social media and digital ads, and support SEO and content marketing initiatives for organic growth.
- Build and improve marketing funnels using email campaigns, landing pages, and marketing automation tools.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, iterate quickly on experiments, and report on key metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth initiatives with overall business objectives.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a related role, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Hands-on experience managing paid marketing campaigns and working with SEO and content marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with marketing automation, analytics, and attribution tools.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with a passion for learning and adapting in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a small, collaborative team.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $90,000 to $130,000, which does not include the value of benefits or a potential equity grant. A wide range of factors are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets, market conditions, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and business and organizational needs.
