We’re looking for an entrepreneurial, data-driven Growth Marketing Associate to join as a foundational member of our team, working closely with our founders to scale revenue and optimize our go-to-market strategy. This is a high-impact, high-growth opportunity to drive user acquisition and pipeline generation for an innovative AI product, while helping define and execute the growth playbook for a breakout startup

What You’ll Do

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels
• Help build and test landing pages, email campaigns, and marketing automation flows
• Dive into data to analyze performance and come up with ideas of optimization
• Stay on top of growth trends, tools, and strategies - and try them out
• Work independently on projects and collaborate closely with our founders
• Contribute to content strategy, creation, SEO, and social initiatives to drive traffic and leads

What We’re Looking For

• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, growth, or a related field
• Self-starter attitude: you take initiative, figure things out, and don’t wait for permission
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable using (or learning) tools like Google Ads, HubSpot, Framer, Instantly, marketing automation platforms, and spreadsheet,
• Curious mindset - you’re not afraid to test new things and learn by doing
• Bound: experience with startups, B2B software, or performance marketing tools
