We’re looking for a strategic, full-stack Growth Marketer to join as a foundational member of our team. You’ll work directly with the founders to shape and scale our go-to-market strategy, owning both the strategy and hands-on implementation of key growth initiatives. This is a high-impact role with significant ownership — ideal for someone who thrives in early-stage environments and wants to build a modern, scalable growth engine from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and optimize end-to-end growth strategy across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels
  • Plan, execute, and scale campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, SEO, email, content, and more
  • Build and test landing pages, nurture flows, and marketing automation that converts
  • Analyze performance metrics and use data to continually iterate and improve acquisition and retention
  • Develop content strategy and collaborate on assets that drive traffic, engagement, and pipeline
  • Partner with sales to create alignment around lead quality, funnel optimization, and reporting
  • Stay ahead of trends in growth marketing, AI and DevOps – and bring new ideas to the table

What We’re Looking For

  • ~5 years of experience in growth marketing, preferable in early-stage B2B SaaS or in the testing or DevOps industries
  • Proven ability to drive measurable results across demand gen, performance marketing, and marketing ops
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, HubSpot, Framer, Instantly, and analytics/reporting platforms
  • Strong strategic thinking paired with a bias for action and testing
  • Comfortable rolling up your sleeves and executing campaigns end-to-end
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
  • Experience in testing, DevOps, developer tools, or AI/ML is a bonus
