Job Title: Full-stack Architect (React.js, Nest.js)

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Full-stack Architect with a strong background in hands-on programming and architecture in Full-stack JavaScript, including both frontend and backend development. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building enterprise products and will play a dual role in shaping the architecture and directly contributing to the development of our startup, Rev-amp.AI. This position offers the opportunity to significantly impact our product and drive the growth of the company.

One of our startups, Habu, recently got acquired for $200 million. We are now looking for a Full-stack developer for our new startup, Rev-amp.AI, which aims to inspect, identify, and intervene to help customers confidently deliver revenue numbers.

The Impact You'll Have:

As a Full Stack Architect (60-70% BE / 30-40% FE), you will:

• Lead the design and implementation of the system architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Actively contribute to the development of both frontend and backend components, writing clean and efficient code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, set development priorities, and make strategic decisions.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends, and evaluate their applicability to our product.

What We Look For:

• 8+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• Proven track record as a hands-on developer with React.js, Nest.js (or Express.js), and MySQL.
• Experience working on a SaaS platform or with Microservice architectures.
• Good experience with database table design and relationships, sql queries
• Familiarity with TypeScript, TypeORM, CI/CD, GIT, Jest, Agile methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to develop scalable and high performance applications.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing requirements.
